Deletion

Delete your GanbaFlash account and related data through the app or by contacting support.

Delete Your GanbaFlash Account

GanbaFlash users can request deletion of their account and associated data either within the app or through the GanbaFlash support contact.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to GanbaFlash.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the displayed notice and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in to the app, send an account deletion request from your registered email address to the existing GanbaFlash support email address.

Your registered nickname
A clear statement that you want your account deleted

Do not send your password by email. Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership.

Data deleted with the account

When account deletion is completed, the GanbaFlash authentication account, user profile, and personal data associated with the account are deleted according to the applicable Privacy Policy and the application's deletion process.

Data that may be retained

Data required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or preservation of competition result integrity may be retained or anonymized only to the extent and for the period necessary.
