Policy
1. Information We Handle
Depending on how you use GanbaFlash, we may handle account ID, email address, nickname, date of birth, profile image, settings, competition participation and results, posts, uploaded images, gym information, Floor Maps, App Store purchase records, and support communications. We may also handle device, browser, network, IP address, access, error, security, and fraud-prevention information. We do not intentionally collect precise location history, contacts, microphone recordings, or health data.
2. How We Collect and Use Information
We receive information when you create or use an account, participate in competitions, record results, submit posts or gym information, contact support, or purchase a competition publication. We use it to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate accounts, operate competitions and rankings, display requested content, process App Store purchases and competition publication access, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, protect security, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell users' personal information or add advertising or behavioral-tracking purposes to these uses.
3. Competition Organizers and Public Information
Competition features may display nicknames, rankings, results, entry numbers, classes, and related competition information. Public Special Final Live may be viewed without login. These functions are designed not to intentionally expose email addresses, birth dates, authentication identifiers, or payment information. Gyms and organizers may handle information for their own competition operation and are responsible for their rules, participants, safety, and inquiries.
4. Payments, Service Providers, and Third-Party Disclosure
Apple processes payment details for App Store in-app purchases. GanbaFlash does not directly store full payment card numbers or security codes. We may disclose information to service providers needed to operate GanbaFlash, including Firebase, RevenueCat for purchase integration and verification, Apple and other app-distribution services, email and support services, and necessary infrastructure providers. These providers may process information outside Japan. We may also disclose information where required by law, for legal claims, fraud prevention, security, or protection of users and the Service.
5. Cookies and Security
Cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and cache may be used only as necessary for login, settings, security, performance, and requested functions. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
6. Retention and Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the available account process, but deletion does not necessarily delete every record immediately or completely. Payment, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, moderation, security, competition-integrity, and historical-result records may be retained or de-identified where necessary. Completed Special Competition operational data is generally cleaned up approximately 14–21 days after completion, and Monthly Competition operational data approximately 90–97 days after completion. Scheduled cleanup, backups, security logs, legal obligations, disputes, or investigations may extend retention.
7. Users Under 18
Users under 18 may use GanbaFlash with consent from a parent or legal representative. Competition publication purchases may be made only by users aged 18 or older. A user under 18 cannot purchase a competition publication under their own account, even with parental consent. A parent or legal representative may contact us about a minor's information where permitted by law.
8. User Rights
Where applicable law provides, you may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of your personal information. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and may retain information that must be kept by law or is necessary for disputes, security, fraud prevention, competition integrity, or other legitimate purposes. Contact us to exercise a right or ask about our handling of information.
9. Changes, Language, and Contact
